Biography

Zhu Shijiang: Works at Liaoning Xinglin Plastic Surgery Hospital as Technical Director and Associate Chief Physician. He holds a Ph.D. in Maxillofacial Surgery from Yonsei University, South Korea, has over 30 years of clinical experience in plastic surgery, and is qualified for Level IV maxillofacial plastic surgery. He has delivered academic presentations multiple times at international maxillofacial surgery annual meetings (Seoul, South Korea; Hawaii, USA; Lausanne, Switzerland) and has served as the Chinese representative for China-Korea plastic surgery academic exchanges. He is a recipient of the Golden Knife Award as Maxillofacial Plastic Surgery Physician of the Year and the Gold Award for Technological Innovation at the Asia-Pacific Facial Contour Conference. He has published multiple SCI papers and holds 6 rhinoplasty-related patents.

1. Maxillofacial contouring (core strength): long-curve mandibular angle ostectomy, zygomatic and zygomatic arch reduction, orthognathic surgery (correction of mandibular prognathism, skeletal protrusion of the mouth, laterognathia, and facial asymmetry), using 3D surgical guide positioning technology for skeletal surgery while addressing both facial appearance and occlusal function restoration; he was the lead surgeon for the maxillofacial correction of Xiao Qiu, a nationally known girl with facial asymmetry, a case reported by CCTV's "Morning News."
2. Rhinoplasty: comprehensive rhinoplasty with rib cartilage/ear cartilage, revision rhinoplasty; skilled in mortise-and-tenon nasal tip framework construction and natural-looking "born-with" nasal contour design; holds multiple rhinoplasty-related patents and participated in the formulation of the industry standard "Operational Standards for Rhinoplasty."
